1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 939betapp — whether via website, mobile, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use 939betapp's services.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "User") and 939betapp. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 939betapp and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age completed by the date of registration.
• Reside in Brazil and provide a valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents participation in betting and gambling activities in your state or municipality.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program at 939betapp or on partner platforms.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

939betapp may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport) at any time to confirm a user's eligibility. Refusing to provide such documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Registration is prohibited for anyone acting on behalf of a third party, using false information, or whose account was previously closed for violating these Terms. Attempting to create multiple accounts to circumvent penalties or claim duplicate bonuses will result in the immediate cancellation of all linked accounts.

3. User Account

Each user may hold only an active account at 939betapp. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances involved.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. 939betapp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or using public devices without logging out.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 939betapp support immediately at contato@939betapp.best.
• Account balances may not be transferred to third parties or used by anyone other than the registered account holder.
• 939betapp may periodically request identity re-verification, particularly before processing high-value withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

939betapp processes financial transactions exclusively in Brazilian Real (R$). The following payment methods are accepted for users in Brazil:

• Pix — primary method, with deposits credited in seconds and withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Boleto bancário — funds cleared within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card — from major card networks, for instant deposits.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — accepted for direct deposits via digital wallet.
• TED bank transfer — available for accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other participating institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. 939betapp does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any transfer fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

For withdrawals, 939betapp may require full account verification before releasing the requested amount, particularly for a first withdrawal or when the amount exceeds R$ 5,000.00 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts held in the name of the registered user — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

939betapp reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional documentation if fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates these Terms or applicable Brazilian law is suspected.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Betting at 939betapp covers more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, and e-sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except in specific situations provided for in these rules or determined by 939betapp.
• The minimum bet per slip is R$ 1.00. The maximum stake per bet varies by sport and event.
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delay. 939betapp is not liable for bets placed based on information received via a stream with a delay greater than the platform's standard delay.
• If an event is canceled or postponed by more than 36 hours, bets will be refunded at the original amount wagered.
• Obvious odds errors (incorrect odds resulting from a technical failure) may be voided by 939betapp, with the wagered amount refunded to the user.
• Parlay bets (multiples) are accepted with a minimum of 2 events. If one event is canceled, its odds are replaced by 1.00 (neutral).

6. Casino Games

The 939betapp casino section includes slots, blackjack, poker, roulette, baccarat, crash games (such as Aviator and JetX), and live tables with a real dealer. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent bodies, ensuring random and impartial results.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is listed in that game's description within the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active round (internet outage, server error), 939betapp will apply its session recovery policy — the round state will be restored and the outcome calculated based on the data recorded prior to the interruption.
• Rounds played during unscheduled maintenance periods may be cancelled, with the wagered amount refunded.
• At live tables, the dealer's decision and the table management system's outcome are final and cannot be disputed with respect to cards dealt or rounds already completed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

939betapp offers bonuses and promotions periodically for both new and returning users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are disclosed on the respective offer page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are subject to rollover requirement (minimum wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover for each promotion is stated in the offer's terms.
• Each bonus has an expiry date defined in its corresponding promotion. Unused bonuses are automatically canceled once the deadline passes.
• Bonuses may only be used by one user per household, IP address, device, or CPF number.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — such as creating multiple accounts, using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions, or betting on both sides of an event to meet rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• 939betapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

8. Responsible Gambling

939betapp believes that healthy entertainment means the user stays in control. That's why we offer a set of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases only come into force 7 days after the request is made.
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, new bets are blocked until the period resets.
• Voluntary break: temporarily suspend account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-exclusion: request a permanent account block. Once self-exclusion is in effect, you cannot create a new account on 939betapp for the requested period (minimum of 6 months).
• Session history: access your full history of bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time to monitor your gambling activity.

939betapp prohibits the registration and participation of anyone under 18 years of age. Any suspected underage registration must be reported to support immediately. The account will be preventively blocked while age verification is carried out.

9. User Conduct

By using 939betapp, you agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the platform.
• Using the account for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other unlawful conduct under Brazilian law.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or compromise the integrity of 939betapp's systems, servers, or data.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unauthorized advantage in betting or casino games.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent limits, or manipulate outcomes.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or using another person's account.
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit market inefficiencies in a coordinated manner.

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances derived from unlawful activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 939betapp platform — including text, images, logos, graphical interface, source code, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of 939betapp or its licensors and is protected under Brazilian intellectual property law.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from 939betapp without the company's prior written authorization. Personal, non-commercial use of information available on the platform is permitted, provided it does not violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

939betapp is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from Sports Betting or casino games, as betting involves inherent risk and unpredictable outcomes.
• User-side internet connection failures that result in unconfirmed bets or interrupted sessions.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of the platform.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party technology provider failures, or force majeure events.

939betapp's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

939betapp processes its users' personal data in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for service operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

Users' personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without explicit consent. All information is stored on secure servers with appropriate encryption.

Under the LGPD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

13. Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time through the settings panel or by contacting 939betapp support. Before closure, any available balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key, provided the account is in compliance with these Terms and has no pending verification items.

939betapp may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorized technical means.
• Underage registration detected.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, the account balance may be held while an internal investigation is conducted. Funds proven to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be canceled and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.

14. Changes to These Terms

939betapp reserves the right to review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Whenever material changes are made, users will be notified via their registered email and/or through an in-platform notice with reasonable advance notice, except in cases of urgent regulatory or legal requirements that demand an immediate update.

Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the new conditions come into force.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of 939betapp that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

For matters related to personal data protection, users may contact the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) as provided under the LGPD.
